NextbyLocal is a project of ONETRIP WITH LOCAL TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED. In this policy, “NextbyLocal,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the NextbyLocal project.

We may use information to:

• Create and manage accounts, profiles, guides, and other user-facing content.
• Provide available booking, payment, confirmation, and support workflows.
• Measure guide engagement and improve the usefulness and performance of NextbyLocal.

4. How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate authentication, hosting, databases, file storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, and security. We may also share relevant booking information with the supplier or service provider responsible for fulfilling a booking.

Profile details, published guides, recommendations, and related media may be publicly visible. Guides may link to maps, booking providers, businesses, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it, unless continued retention is required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may be able to update certain account or profile details through NextbyLocal. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may submit a request using the official contact channel shown on NextbyLocal or in communications relating to your account or booking. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

8. Children

NextbyLocal is not directed to children. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that personal information was provided without required consent, we may delete it where reasonably possible.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will show when revisions take effect.
